## AI booking assistant

Bookessa will contact a business before making changes if usage becomes unusually high.

### Solo — EUR 19 per month

Online booking essentials for one proprietor: a professional booking page, unlimited bookings, confirmations, reminders and Bookessa branding.

### Basic — EUR 49 per month

Everything in Solo, plus unlimited staff and locations, services, schedules, availability, customer management and brand customization.

### Premium — EUR 99 per month

Everything in Basic, plus the 24/7 AI booking assistant, approved company answers, booking within conversations, website embedding and custom appearance.

### Pro — EUR 149 per month

Everything in Premium, plus a white-label booking experience, advanced reports and insights, custom workflows and automations, API access, webhooks, integrations and priority onboarding and support.

Prices are monthly and exclude VAT. VAT may apply based on location. Stripe charges separate payment-processing fees when online payments are accepted.

## Free trial

Businesses can create and configure a private Bookessa workspace without a card. Publishing requires a payment method and begins a 14-day live trial of the complete booking system. The selected plan starts on day 15 unless cancelled. The trial does not include the AI booking assistant or Pro capabilities. No booking commission is charged.
